About Ann Marie De Die

Ann Marie De Die has been certified as a Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California.  In order to be certified as a family law specialist in California, attorneys must pass a written examination on family law, demonstrate a high level of experience in family law, fulfill stringent ongoing education requirements, and be favorably evaluated by both other attorneys and judges who are familiar with their work.  Recertification is required every five years.

Professional Memberships

Ann Marie is a member of the State Bar of California, the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Asociation.  She is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ann Marie also acts as a Judge Pro Tem for the Contra Costa Superior Court as well as an Arbitrator for the Contra Costa Bar Association.

Education

Ann Marie received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester in 1987 and her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1990.
